Who We Are |
|
The Society for Range Management (SRM) is a professional and scientific society whose membership is involved in studying, conserving, managing and sustaining the varied resources of rangelands. SRM membership includes land managers, ecologists, ranchers, erosion control specialists, educators and scientists, and decision makers in state and federal governmental agencies responsible for public land management. SRM has more than 3500 professional and scientific members in 38 countries, dedicating to managing the world’s rangeland resources. SRM is committed to finding science-based solutions to the issues that impact the world’s rangelands. The Society’s goal is to ensure that rangeland resources are sustained in perpetuity. The Weed Science Society of America (WSSA) is a non-profit professional society founded in 1956. WSSA’s mission is to promote research, education, and extension outreach activities about weeds. WSSA provides science based information to the public and policy makers. WSSA fosters awareness of weeds and their impact on managed and natural ecosystems. The WSSA functions through voluntary efforts of professionals who participate on committees and donate their time to serve the membership. The Society publishes three professional journals: Weed Science, Weed Technology, and Invasive Plant Science and Management. Exhibitor Registration |

As noted, the booth fee for each booth space includes complimentary registration for up to two (2) exhibitors (one(1) for University Range Clubs). Exhibitors must be regular employees, representatives of the exhibiting company or organization, or spouses of employees or representatives who will staff the booth during the published show hours. Names of the exhibitors to receive the complimentary registrations and their contact information MUST be provided with the Exhibitor Application. Additional company or organization representatives wishing to attend the SRM WSSA meeting will need to register individually at the customary registration rate.

Cancellation Policy |
|
If it is necessary for an exhibitor to withdraw from the SRM 2010 Trade Show, the exhibitor must notify SRM in writing. For cancellations received on or before December 28, 2009, exhibitor will receive a refund of the booth payment less a $150 nonrefundable fee per booth. Cancellations after December 28, will NOT receive a refund. |

Bag Inserts |
|
SRM will insert your brochure, publication, or flyer in the official meeting bag given to each registrant. Fees are:
- SRM Commercial Member and WSSA Sustaining Member – NO CHARGE
- Insert with Booth Purchase: $150.00/insert
- Insert only (without booth purchase): $350.00/insert
Please provide a minimum of 2,000 copies of each item to be inserted (More may be requested if registration warrants it) & note the number of pieces and type of material on the Application Form. Boxes must be clearly marked to identify both the contents (i.e., Bag Inserts) and the name of the shipper. Shippers are responsible for the cost for printing, freight, and handling of inserts. SRM and WSSA will NOT cover these costs. Detailed shipping instructions will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit. |

As hosts of the 63rd Annual Meeting & Trade Show of the Society for Range Management and 50th Annual Meeting of the Weed Science Society of America, the Colorado Section (SRM) would like to take this opportunity to offer advertising space to you. Reserve your space today in one or all three of the Annual Meeting publications!
There are two publications associated with the meeting that provide an excellent opportunity to draw attention to your products and services during this five-day meeting. They are:
- The Annual Meeting Program. This booklet will contain the official agenda of the meeting and will be given to the approximately 2,000 attendees at the meeting.
- The Daily Trail Boss. There will be five issues (Sunday through Thursday) of this 8.5 x 11-inch daily newsletter covering special events, program updates and news distributed to conference attendees.
In addition a Pre-Convention Trail Boss is distributed to the SRM membership and interested parties in October before the meeting. This publication describes the meeting and events to draw members and others to the convention.
