The Native Prairies Association of Texas seeks a full-time Executive Director with conservation passion to lead the organization in its mission to conserve and restore the native prairies and other grasslands of Texas.

Responsibilities: fundraising/donor relations, strategic planning, community outreach, overall management. Candidates should possess a successful fundraising record, strong communication and management skills, and conservation experience. NPAT has been all volunteer since 1985. Now three years funds have been obtained for this position and a program director. Securing further funding is a top fundraising priority. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience. Home officing required initially. Location in Central or North Texas preferred.
