Assistant Professor, Rangeland Ecology and Management

The Department of Wildland Resources is filling a tenure-track, 9-month, research and teaching, Assistant Professor position, located at Utah State University, Logan, UT.

We seek applicants with expertise in the behavior, ecology, and management of large herbivores in rangeland ecosystems and an interest in adapting traditional production systems to address contemporary ecological, economic and political challenges in the Intermountain West. Teaching expectations are one undergraduate course (fall, every year) focused on monitoring and assessment in natural resource and environmental management, and one graduate course (every year) in the successful candidate’s area of expertise.
