Shopping in the Vancouver Area

From specialty markets, galleries, trendy street side boutiques and large shopping centres, the Greater Vancouver area offers a diverse shopping experience. In the Downtown area some of the shopping locations to check-out include Chinatown, Gastown, Granville Street, Robson Street, the West End and Yaletown. Robson Street is considered the trendy place to shop and be seen and also offers a variety of great dining locations. Gastown has a variety of souvenir shops and First Nations Galleries while Yaletown is home to trendy galleries, spas, high fashion and furnishings. Other areas nearby include the public market at Granville Island and the galleries and antique stores on South Granville.
